I like a man who can take charge for once, like for a date night, he doesn't tell me where we are going he just picks me up and surprises me the whole evening. To many times I've been with guys who don't care where we eat or where we go just to have fun he always just asks me what I want. Take charge for once! I absolutely need someone who can make me laugh, I think that's my favorite thing to do. Someone who respects my momma and loves animals and someone who can just be my best friend and not take life so seriously! I found out I was a negotiator/explorer which means even though I'm adventurous and love to travel and take risks I still am really empathetic and I listen and try to help as much as I can concerning my friends situations.

ReplyDeleteI took the test and it said I was an explorer/builder which I would agree with. I didnt find anything I disagreed with in the discription so I would say it is faily accurate

DeleteI got explorer/negotiator, and it was pretty accurate on the details. So for the most part I agree with that personality type since it fits my own the most.
ReplyDeletei got builder/negotiator. I was really surprised how this test got me 100%. It really said everything about me. Even my boyfriend agreed with it all. Usually with these test i never think they will come up with accurate information about me. I was attracted to the builder/directors :)
ReplyDeleteI got DIRECTOR/explorer. I guess this test described me almost perfectly. It said that I was a flexible and focused person, pretty accurate. it told me that in relationships i like to have a partner that enjoys our time together and also alone time, which is really what i do want. I do not like clingy or emotional people, never have and never will, they want to melt with you to much and not be their own person. The personality traits i find attractive are a sense of humor, happy-go-lucky, spontaneous, loves the way i need my alone time, and can support me with my career. Let this be known, this is strictly based off of the test. I have never actually been in a relationship to actually know what i want from one. I do know i am not a sappy, emotional, cuddlebug...therefore i need someone who can accept that.
ReplyDeleteI got negotiator/director. I think it's a pretty accurate depiction of myself. I'm very analytical and logical and like to think things through before I do them. I like to think of every single variable that could change the outcome of whatever I'm pursuing and how I could alter or keep it the same and how that could help me with whatever problem or situation I'm facing. I'm attracted to the builder/directors.

I was surprised how accurate the results were honestly especially when it talked about love and relationships and the words that builders and directors use to associate themselves with. I'm looking for someone that does want to start a family someday and is good with money and responsible with it. It said that I'm loyal, dependable, patient, and logical which are all spot on. I says I'm attracted to Builders/Negotiators.
ReplyDeleteI got Builder/Negotiator I think the results are pretty accurate. I am very good with talking to people, managing them, and heard headed at times. I was very surprised with my results because it really did describe me.
ReplyDeleteMy results were director/negotiator. I don't think this really described me fully. Seeing as I am a very indecisive person as well as not competitive but the little things that I found in the description were pretty similar to what parts of my personality that I like to mesh with the personality of the person I am dating. Not that I have anything to hide but in every relationship whether it be work, friends, family, or significant other I think we tend to share our best and worst qualities that compliment that person/relationship.
ReplyDeleteI got Negotiator/builder. This is pretty accurate because it said that I am not one for chit-chat which is correct. I don't like small talk its awkward. If we are going to talk I rather have long talks about anything but the weather. It also says that I am indecisive wich if you ask any of my close friends they would say that, that is an understatement. If they were to depend on me to make a choice on what to do or where to go we would be waiting until next year before i could make an decision.

ReplyDeleteMy test revealed Dopamine/Testosterone to be my most prevalent chemicals. The test classified me as an EXPLORER/Director. The results indicated that I enjoy interesting, imaginative, intelligent, people that are as adventurous and as curious as I am. It also classified me as liking those who can balance out my own personality with their novelty seeking, compassionate, verbal, intuitive, trusting, flexible, and emotionally expressive characteristics. The personality test was pretty accurate, as accurate as a personality test can be. I mean with words like "Curious, Creative, Flexible, Energetic, Focused, Analytical" It's very difficult NOT to be "accurate". Such generalized, unspecific, and sweeping terms can easily be defined by each user to mean different things. It does not truly reveal a person's personality, but then again, who really expected this to define them? But as far as these types of tests go it was in the right direction. It said I was the most sexual of all the classifications, but aren't we all? The test was obviously not meant to define every person, but it did well as a generalized personality assessment.
ReplyDeleteBuilder/director is what the test said I am, which is surprisingly quite accurate. Pretty much everything that it said at the end is true of me.

i am a explorer and negotiator, i think it was very accurate, i can be very emotional and in tuned with how i feel, and i can be very adventurous and not be afraid to live on the edge and take risks. it was a very awesome and fun test. i can be flexible and live at the moment and at the same time be able to express my feelings and have an emotional connection.
ReplyDeleteBuilder/explorer, I think that in this point in my life it is very accurate. I am not sure if what I am looking for now is the same as what I was searching for a few years ago. I know that my ex was not a builder, like me (maybe that is why we are no longer together).
ReplyDeleteI was classified as an Explorer/Builder. It was mostly accurate when it stated that I can be charming and that I can get into a relationship too fast and to just honor my natural caution and go slowly.
ReplyDeleteIt also stated that Explorers and Builders rarely indulge in self-analysis and can hide our emotions; to let people know how we feel sometimes.
I do think that there is someone out there for everyone.

After taking the test, I was classified as a Negotiator/Explorer (Estrogen/Dopamine). The test results concluded, "you are particularly fond of people who are direct, decisive, focused and tough-minded, people who complement your more flexible, agreeable and affable style." This statement is EXACTLY spot on. I am very indecisive at times and I tend to try to compromise a lot of the time so I do find myself attracted to someone who is more decisive and knows what they want. For instance, my boyfriend of two years is very straight forward and knows what he wants to do. He prefers to plan ahead for things and to have a schedule set for activities. I feel as though these things are really what I have found to be most attractive about him, and the test was definitely correct about the type of mate I want. As I read through all of the different paragraphs of results, I felt as though I were reading a short column that was all about me. It was accurate and even matched ways that I tend to describe myself. I enjoyed this test and I think I'm gonna have to make my boyfriend take it as well! :) HAHA!
ReplyDeleteMy results came out as builder/explorer. I think the test is pretty accurate because it said the primary traits of the builder is loyalty. I've been the type of person to easily forgive someone or easily give without expecting anything in return. Also, it said that I like to plan things ahead which is very true. Anythime my friends and I plan to hang out I like to know what we're doing ahead of time and I do get pretty upset when they bail out at the last minute, which is why I like to plan ahead so we can try to avoid that. The traits I find attractive are just about the same traits I consist of: Loyalty, traditonal, curious, creative, open-minded, and orderly. The one thing I do not think is accurate is the trait of me being patient. I'm the complete opposite of patient.
ReplyDeleteMy results came out to Builder/Negotiator (Serotonin/Estrogen). It said I tend to be traditional, hard working and display a good deal of caution and common sense, that I like to see the big picture, have a fine imagination and can be remarkably intuitive, and that I am fiercely protective of those I love, which is very true!! However, it said that I am patient and that I have good people skills... I know for sure patience was not a virtue I was blessed with, and the people skills...I'm working on it.
ReplyDeleteIn a relationship, it says I'm picky, which is very true! You can't just settle for anyone, because then it's like my last relationship and is complete crap. "You are attracted to those who share your values; moral fiber in a partner is important to you. You also admire those who respect rules, schedules, and traditions. And you particularly admire those who have a sense of social responsibility--who spend their time and money on events that are charitable or strengthen family, business or the community ties. You see the big picture and see way down the road; so you like to prepare for the future. And although you enjoy people who play with ideas, your "true love" must complement you. You admire those who are direct, analytical, authentic and assertive and can enjoy your orderly and compassionate nature" and all of this describes my boyfriend perfectly! :)
It also said that I am overly critical of others... which I am totally guilty of, but I'm working on it! It's all about the mindset!!
The test was longer than I expected, but I'm going to have my other half take it and see what he gets :p

ReplyDeleteMy test revealed that I am a Builder/Director. I find that 90% of the traits described within the explanation are very true. I am very traditional in my personal values but yet I respect others wishes and opinions as long they are not pushed onto me. I don't like to skirt, I am very direct to a fault. I have been told that I am so direct that I can come off as rude. I have trained myself to be very conscientiousness of that fact and tend to over correct to the point where some might even find me phony (which I worry about constantly). Totally contradictory to the director/builder traits, I am very concerned with what people think about me. I hate being seen in a negative light and I find it extremely important to be honest. So how does that work? How can I be so direct and yet be aware and empathic to the way that I may rub off on people? I will tell you.... I have learned to keep my mouth shut. I have over the years become more protective of my feelings and thoughts. I have found that having an amazing husband and partner has made me happy and my general disposition very cheery. On the builder side it states that I am patient and that is absolutely not true. I can unabashedly admit.. patience is a virtue I do not possess which makes me all the more introverted because I don't want it to show. Having been in the military for as long as I have, I have forced myself to tolerate and become patient. Especially with friends and family.... I am extremely loyal and protective over those I love. I would take a bullet for anyone of them... is that a fault or is that strength? I like to consider it a strength. I also consider that these traits are important in my partner which I find is all there.
ReplyDeleteMy results informed me that I am a builder/negotiator. I am not surprised at all because all of the qualities it had listed under builder and negotiator fit me completely. I am extremely picky when it comes to finding a partner. I need a guy who is genuine. Genuinely nice, has goals, someone I can be comfortable with, and someone that can take me out of my comfort zone is what I look for. The test says I tend to gravitate towards builder/directors.
ReplyDeleteMy test told me that I'm a Builder/Director. I believe that this test is very accurate to the type of person I am. Loyalty and respect plays a big part of a builder type of person and those are some of the many traits I personally have. I've been brought up to respect my elders and women because without respect, what type of guy are you really? My personality comes off as very outgoing and funny but also straight foward as well. That's where the Director part comes into play because when I meet a person, im very direct to them and tell he or she what I think of them. Like for a girl for example. If I see that she grabs my attention, I go up to her and flirt/compliment her personality and looks. The type of girl that I'm attracted to has to be commited, unique, outgoing, has morals in life other than partying and going out all the time. A girl that can make me laugh and smile all the time is a HUGE plus. She has to be respectful not only to me, but my parents/family. Looks and body also come into play for me. She has to work out and be fit with natural beauty and not drenched with gallons of make-up. I dont have standards, just want the type of girl thats right for me.
ReplyDeleteI found this lesson really interesting because im now finding out how males and females worked and i had an idea but now I see why certain things happen. Im a builder/director. Im really attracted to humor I love laughing and having a good time it's my favorite so I tend to gravitate toward funny guys. Im attracted to guys that are more assertive I like going on a date and it'd be all planned out and Im not asked what I want to do. Respect goes a long way for me, if I ever get disrespected im out the door also respecting my family and friends that's just something that shouldn't be hard to do. I like a guy who knows what he wants to do in life, i like it if they're getting a good education like i am. I wouldn't want to be the successful one in a relationship i think it should be equal. Ive dated some "bums" and it kills me to know how theyre such great guys but they dont have much going for them. I like paying for my own things and i like treating guys to some ice cream or something little but i wouldnt like a broke guy who i would have to pay for always. Loyalty plays a big part in my relationships because i cannot deal with a liar who cheats. I also love a playful guy who will laugh with me and we can go bowling, mini golfing, play xbox, have tickle fights little stuff like that and not be so serious all the time.
ReplyDeleteMy results are explorer/director! I'm super surprised at how accurate that was! Not only am I super spontaneous and very creative and outgoing but when it comes to the "director" part of me I am very head strong about what I need to do and when it needs to be done... I think that's the Dance Colonel and coach in me so it's amazing that it came out to be an exact description of how I am! I am attracted to people who are really outgoing and go getters in life! If you don't have a goal or ambition then it's a huge turn off! Also someone who is family oriented, respectful, and in shape! I'm always on the go so someone who can keep up is a must!!
ReplyDeleteMy results came out to be that I am an Explorer/Builder, which I do highly agree. I have a great deal of energy and I am always up for a roller coaster in life. Spontaneous, curious and a risk taker definitely defines me. I find myself attracted to men who're similar. I love a risk taker,someone who can simply take charge without doubting or beating around the bush. TAKE ACTION! Be a MAN! A manly man attracts me, A gentlemen, sense of humor, doesn't take life so damn serious, goes with the flow, loves to dance, isn't more of a girl than I am dammit! Lol

I am a navigator/ explorer I was really intrestested on what I said it was it really was right. In my relationships I ussaly tend to go for the firls that show me plenty of offection but latly ive been going for the girls that are hard to get. I guess you can say I changed it up a little

ReplyDeleteMine was Director/Negotiator. I think that it is a pretty accurate description of myself. I like to think things through before I do them and I tend to be very cautious with everyone I meet but I am not afraid to take an interest in them. I think I am interested in someone who is willing to SHARE a relationship with me rather than someone who wants to take charge or someone who wants me to take charge. I think that in order to have a successful relationship with someone you must be able to open up to them and vice versa. I like someone who shares their ideas with me and disagree with mine so we can both grow and learn from each other. Some who is determined to fulfill their dreams, ambitious and strong yet sensitive and also someone who is not afraid to ask for help when they need it. I do however believe that even though certain traits do make relationships a lot smoother, I think that anyone can start a relationship with anyone as long as there are good intentions and understanding between each other, regardless of specific traits

It accurate because I usually like to think things through in a logical manner to figure out the best way to do something whether its a math problem or just trying to find the fastest way home.The reason I found this test pretty accurate was because it mentioned anger issues which is something I work on. Its said I would find myself with a Negotiator as a partner and I agree because my girlfriend had similar traits that were mentioned as characteristics of a Negotiator.

ReplyDeleteI was a builder/director myself. I do find that accurate because i am a loyal trustworthy person and i am empathetic for certain people. Im also assertive and direct, i'd like to get straight to the point than beating around the bush. Im attracted to similar people as in they know what they want in life, but also knows life is too short to not have fun and go a little crazy.
ReplyDeleteI believe Dr.Fisher's love test is somewhat legitimate but after reading my love type i realized; wow this sounds like an amazing guy too bad its not me. I basically answered my questions from the ideal perspective. Sure I would like to act like this and think like this but I truly know I do not act like this in my relationships. I got Negotiator/explorer, and maybe I might have some of those characteristics but I think its only what I want myself to look like.
